SUSS Day of Recollection (DOR) 2023
SUSS Eden held a Day of Recollection at OYP and we were blessed to be able to come together to pray and worship as a community once again. We thank the Lord for His grace and mercy during the hectic semester that passed. We praise Him for moving so powerfully at DOR!

I came in feeling quite unfamiliar and uncomfortable but I felt that I was really given the space to just be and come as I am. It wasn’t that I suddenly became comfortable but I felt that grace allowed me to be more open and to befriend. I acknowledge that this desire came from recognising God’s closeness and availability to me. Claiming His friendship with me allowed me to be open to others and to Him more.

Eden's DOR was a wonderful day to connect with the Lord and community. He has cleared my path so that I could be here and He continues to call me closer to Him. The Lord has filled me with much joy and peace in this time. Jesus has broken down walls in my heart that I did not even realise were there. It's been an awesome day of thanksgiving and love and laughter.
